THIRD SIP COFFEE
The Blend 47 takes its name from the total number of different blends, brands, and ratios we tried (or at least the most relevant ones) before achieving what we consider the most pleasant and satisfying blend of all. We reached an equilibrium within the boldness and maintained a luscious acidity. We gave in a bit of the floral/fruity attributes (more appropriate for a mid-afternoon light coffee) and achieved an exquisite aroma. The Blend 47. Nowhere else. For your delight.
